Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss and communicate effectively with families and care teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties: Provide compassionate care, promote safety and independence, support daily activities, and foster resident engagement. You will also document care activities and communicate with families and care leaders to ensure personalized support.
