Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes.
Promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
