Join Our Team as a Care Partner

We seek compassionate Care Partners to provide personalized, relationship-based care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities include delivering hands-on support based on each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP), assisting with daily activities such as dining, housekeeping, and laundry, and supporting meaningful engagement and programs.
You will observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions, promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights, and communicate regularly with families and care leadership.
Adherence to infection control, OSHA, and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Compassionate, patient, dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions
• CNA/HHA certification as required by state (NJ required)
