Role: Caregiver, dedicated to providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and participation in daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
