Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, following individualized care plans, and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
