Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and supporting safety, dignity, and independence are essential duties.
Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key functions.
In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
The role offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range of $17.20 – $21.55.
