Care Manager

Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering a compassionate and respectful environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. The role promotes safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life. Support for dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are essential, along with effective communication with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
