Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.
Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support in dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effective communication with families and care teams are key duties.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
**Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
– CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
– Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
