Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
You will follow individualized service plans (ISP), document resident changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily routines

- Support residents’ safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents through conversation and activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- In Memory Care, facilitate enriching activities for residents with memory challenges
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $15.05 – $18.90 per hour
