Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care leadership
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
