Role: Lead Caregiver, responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting team members in an assisted living or senior care environment.
- Manage shift assignments, attendance, and coverage coordination.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).
- Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation.
- Review charting and ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Monitor resident health, communicate concerns, and support safety and compliance.
- Support onboarding and mentor new staff members.
- Model professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED, age 18+.
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
