Care Manager

Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting changes. They promote a welcoming environment by supporting dining services and engaging residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

  • Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
  • Follow care plans and document changes
  • Support safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents through conversation and activities
  • Support dining and maintain a clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members
