Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
Your responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
