Join Our Team as a Caregiver

We seek compassionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through meaningful support and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents through conversation and activities to enrich their daily experience
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create tailored enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $18.00 – $22.52 per hour
