Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist with personal care, follow care plans, promote resident well-being, engage residents, communicate with families and care team, and support a safe environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
