Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. The role involves following individualized service plans, documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care teams. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
