Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist residents with daily needs, promote safety and independence, engage residents meaningfully, support meal services, and maintain a welcoming environment.
