Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting changes.
Engages residents through conversation and activities, supports dining services, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties

  • Assist residents with ADLs and support their independence
  • Follow and document based on individual care plans
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
  • Support dining and maintain a clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members
  • Create enriching experiences in Memory Care settings

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $19.95 – $24.95.
