Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through meaningful interactions and assistance with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster social connections.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
