Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, following

Individualized Service Plans (ISP)

and documenting changes.
Promoting

safety, dignity,

and

independence

is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support with dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are also required.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Ideal candidates possess a High School Diploma/GED, are 18+, with

CPR/First Aid

certification (or ability to obtain), and demonstrate

compassion, reliability,

and

strong communication skills

.
