Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits: The pay range is $16.30 – $20.40 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and optional bonuses, with eligibility requirements applying.
