Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting safety, dignity, and independence through assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and support dining services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with ADLs and personal care
  • Adhere to and document ISP guidelines
  • Support safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents through conversation and activities
  • Coordinate dining services and maintain cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with families and care teams
  • Create meaningful experiences in Memory Care

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
