Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In memory care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Benefits & Compensation
