Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care; follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP); promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment; communicate effectively with families and care team members; create enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care.

Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
