We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. The role emphasizes promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
