Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes.
Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support for dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties, as is effective communication with families and care leaders.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
Qualities include compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
