Caregiver Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential support to seniors in a caring environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following and documenting updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance well-being
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
