Role: Caregiver in senior living, providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes accurately
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care team members
- Creating enriching experiences for memory care residents
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
