Caregiver Role Summary

We are seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers, providing essential support to seniors in a respectful and dignified manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following and documenting changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, independence, and preserving residents’ dignity
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities to foster social connection
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
