Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications required are a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. The role demands compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
This position offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range of $18.00 – $22.52 per hour.
