Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
- Engage residents through meaningful conversation and activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
