Care Manager

Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors by assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes to ensure personalized care.

Key responsibilities include promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
For residents with memory loss, you will create enriching experiences in Memory Care settings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Additional Information

This role offers paid training and opportunities for career growth. The pay range is $17.20 – $21.55 per hour.
