Caregiver Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support to seniors in a caregiving capacity.
Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes.
Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support with dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment is also required.
In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
