Role Overview

The Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, fostering a respectful and safe environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. The role emphasizes promoting residents’ safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. For Memory Care residents, creating enriching experiences is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
