Role Overview

The Caregiver provides vital hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Implement and document care plans, promoting safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and activities to foster well-being
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents with cognitive challenges

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
