Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care leaders are essential duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.
Qualifications & Skills required are a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
