Care Manager

Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily tasks and personal care
  • Follow and document care plans
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents in conversation and activities
  • Support dining and maintain a clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members
  • Design enriching experiences in Memory Care
