Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to residents, enhancing their quality of life through

assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

and following

Individualized Service Plans (ISP)

. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in conversation and activities to foster meaningful connections. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

The role requires a

High School Diploma or GED

CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain

compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

. You will support dining services and maintain a clean environment, communicating effectively with families and care teams.
