Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, fostering their quality of life and independence. Your duties include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to individualized service plans and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and engagement by connecting with residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED, are 18 or older, and hold or are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
