Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
