Lead Caregiver Role in Senior Care

We are seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as a shift leader, providing exceptional resident care and supporting the caregiving team.
Responsibilities include leading shift assignments, managing attendance, coordinating coverage, providing hands-on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support, coaching caregivers on quality standards, reviewing charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), monitoring resident changes, and communicating concerns promptly.
The role involves mentoring new team members, promoting safety, compliance, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications, along with strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is preferred.
