Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Age 18 or older
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
