Role Overview: As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence among residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful relationships
- Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
