Care Manager

Role Overview

This position involves providing compassionate, hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. As a Caregiver, your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through meaningful conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key duties include promoting safety, supporting resident independence, and effectively communicating with families and care team members.
