Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver is responsible for providing hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, promote safety, dignity, and independence, and engage residents through conversation and activities. Additionally, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment, while effectively communicating with residents’ families and care team members. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Document changes and follow care plans
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents in conversations and activities
  • Support dining and maintain a clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
  • Support enriching experiences in Memory Care
