Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
