Caregiver Role Summary

We are seeking compassionate caregivers dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life through hands-on support and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to foster well-being
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
