Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Your responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Duties
- Assist with ADLs and follow care plans
