Role Overview
The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
