Role: Provide general cardiology services for an established patient population in Southern Middle Tennessee, supporting care across two hospital locations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality cardiovascular care to patients with a general cardiology case mix.
- Collaborate with experienced advanced practice providers and a multidisciplinary clinical support team.
- Work across two hospital teams to coordinate and deliver consistent cardiology services.
- Coordinate with a regional referral network to support continuity of care and appropriate escalation/referral.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and judgment in general cardiology.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary hospital teams.
- Patient-centered approach to care coordination and follow-up.
- Communication skills to coordinate with regional referral partners.
